It was raining cats and dogs all the way from KL to Las Vacas.
We even got lost too, no thanks to Waze.
We parked our car in an office building which is about 10 minutes away by foot.
Later, we were told by Las Vacas’ staff that we can park by the road….illegally of course 😛
So let’s see what on the menu.
|Beef takes the centre stage.|
|There you go.
|Las Vacas started in Kelana Jaya while the branch in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng is their latest and biggest outlet.|
|Fresh meat on display.
You can also buy and cook it yourself at home.
|Carrot Soup (RM5.50+)
It was the soup of the day.
It wasn’t the best I have tasted but I enjoyed slurping the piping hot soup as it’s cold outside.
|Ox Tongue (RM45.00+)
My only complaint…burns my pocket.
But it was really good and delicious.
I had a piece of it and my oh my….
|Australian Striploin Grass Fed Steak (RM56.40+)
The price was reasonable as this piece of meat weighs almost 400g.
BF enjoyed it very much.
It was grilled well and tasted good even without any sauce.
|Australian Tenderloin Grass Fed Steak (RM40.80+)
This 200g meat was mine, cooked medium rare.
The portion was just right for me.
The meat was juicy and didn’t need much chewing.
|I enjoyed my steak with this wonderful whole grain mustard.
I usually avoid mustard as I’m not a fan.
But here, I was glad that I made an exception…hehe.
